HeartScapes LLC provides wellness consulting services and educational offerings under the name Ecotheraplay™, which may include:

• 1:1 wellness consulting / coaching-style sessions

• group workshops and events (virtual or in-person)

• classes and experiential sessions (movement, nature-based practices, creativity, reflection)

• digital content (downloads, guides, writing, prompts, audio/video content, archives)

Services may include yoga-informed practices, somatic and nervous system education, nature-based reflection, creativity, and ritual-based practices. Participation is voluntary and you choose what you engage in.

2) Not Medical Advice / Not Therapy

HeartScapes LLC is a wellness consulting and educational practice. The services and content offered are not medical advice and are not psychotherapy.

HeartScapes LLC does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition. Nothing on this website, in sessions, or in workshops should be considered medical, psychological, legal, or clinical advice.

If you need medical care, mental health treatment, or emergency services, you agree to seek appropriate licensed professional support.

3) Health and Safety Disclaimer (Movement + Somatic Practices)

If you participate in any movement, yoga-informed activity, breathwork, somatic practice, or experiential exercise:

• you are responsible for your personal safety and well-being

• you agree to practice within your own limits

• you agree to stop any practice that causes pain, dizziness, distress, or discomfort

• you acknowledge that results vary and no outcomes are guaranteed

You are responsible for consulting your healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns, injuries, pregnancy/postpartum considerations, chronic illness, limitations, or contraindications.

4) Client Responsibility + Consent

You understand and agree that your results depend on many factors, including your participation and circumstances.

You consent to engaging in wellness consulting and educational services and agree that you are responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes before, during, and after participation.

5) Payments, Fees, and Scheduling

Fees for services and events are listed on the website, in booking links, or in written communication.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. HeartScapes LLC may use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, Teachable, Wix, or Substack) and your purchases may also be governed by their terms.

6) Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows (1:1 Sessions)

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• You may reschedule a 1:1 session with at least 24 hours notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.

• No-shows are charged in full.

HeartScapes LLC may reschedule due to illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, or unexpected conflicts. If HeartScapes LLC cancels, you will receive a reschedule option or a refund for that session.

7) Workshops, Events, and Digital Purchases (Refund Policy)

Because workshops/events require planning and reserved space, and digital products are delivered immediately, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated.

Workshops/Events:

• Refund eligibility (if any) is determined by the event’s registration page terms.

• If you cannot attend, you may be offered a recording or credit at our discretion.

Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital content, digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered/access is granted.

8) Community Guidelines (Respect + Participation)

If HeartScapes LLC offers comments, group discussion, or community spaces, you agree to:

• engage respectfully

• avoid harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, or abusive language

• maintain privacy and confidentiality of others

• refrain from medical misinformation or harmful advice-giving

HeartScapes LLC may remove content or block access at any time for violations, without refund.

9) Confidentiality (Wellness Consulting vs Therapy)

HeartScapes LLC respects your privacy and will treat your shared information with care.

However, wellness consulting is not psychotherapy, and confidentiality is not governed by therapist-client privilege in this context.

You agree not to share other participants’ private information from group settings.

10) Intellectual Property

All content provided by HeartScapes LLC—including Ecotheraplay™, written materials, exercises, prompts, PDFs, videos, audio, branding, and workshop materials—is owned by HeartScapes LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may use materials for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, teach, or create derivative works without written permission.

11) Testimonials and Results Disclaimer

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees. Outcomes vary based on many factors.

12) Assumption of Risk

You understand that participation may involve physical, emotional, and psychological experiences, including discomfort, fatigue, emotional release, or increased awareness.

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your engagement.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeartScapes LLC and its owner(s), contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation, purchases, or use of content.

HeartScapes LLC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service/product giving rise to the claim.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HeartScapes LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of services, participation, violation of these Terms, or infringement of intellectual property.
